Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Operate Clover POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking usage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with banquet services or catering events as required.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar or dining area.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Proven sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations within the food industry.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
