Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
– Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
– Maintain a clean and organized bar area
– Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
– Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
– Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
– Assist with banquet and catering events as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry preferred
– Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
– Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
– Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
