Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to exacting international standards.
• Recommend cocktails, wine, and spirits to guests, maximising upselling opportunities.
• Manage high-volume bar service during peak hours with speed and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute to bar menu development and seasonal specials.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ bartending experience in luxury dining, nightlife, or fine European restaurants.
• Strong technical cocktail knowledge and product familiarity.
• Fluent English plus at least one European language (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.).
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Polished, professional presentation.
