Seeking to fill full time Server/ Bartending position for Huli Huli Tiki lounge and Grill in Powell.

We plan to provide fast, fun, friendly service with an upbeat attitude with a tropical twist.

Focus should be on quality service and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should be outgoing, hard working, energetic, personable, and have high integrity. We feel that this will be a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Preferred Requirements

• Available on week days and weekends
• Craft beer and cocktail knowledge
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Have a sincere desire to serve guests
• Be genuinely friendly and warm towards teammates and guests
• Be helpful, generous, and prepared to become very knowledgeable about our food and best known methods
• Accurately follow our best known methods, which include processes for interacting with guests, serving, cleaning, giving directions to the culinary team, and preparing beverages
• Confidently use your best judgement to ensure our guests love their experience when unique situations arise
• Arrive at work on time looking polished and professional
• Move quickly; climb and descend stairs, and stand for six to ten hours per day
• Lift 50 pounds
