We are looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the heart of the bar area, mixing drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Take orders from guests accurately, using POS systems like Aloha or Micros to process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety and food handling practices.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages or issues to management.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Assist in setting up for special events such as nightclub nights or banquets, contributing to a lively atmosphere.

Skills

• Previous experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Strong customer service skills with an approachable and energetic demeanor.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours smoothly.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
