At Hilton Garden Inn Evanston, we take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We’re currently seeking an experienced Bartenders to lead our Beverage department and ensure high-quality service standards.

The Bartender will operate & manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, oversee beverage inventory, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and maintain Hilton’s quality and brand standards. The role includes supervising bar staff, supporting restaurant service when needed, and driving beverage revenue through exceptional service and menu execution. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy:
• Operate date to date bar operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment behind the bar.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating quality drinks quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor alcohol inventory, manage ordering, and minimize waste.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure compliance with Hilton brand policies.
• Create and maintain beverage menus with seasonal offerings and Hilton standards.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Uphold health code, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager and culinary team for seamless guest service

Qualifications:

• Basset Certification
• 3 to 5 years of Bartending experience in hospitality.
• Previous experience in Hilton-branded properties preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work with a diverse team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
