Job Summary
As a Bartender, you will craft premium cocktails that reflect our unique Mediterranean cuisine. You will engage with guests, demonstrate extensive product knowledge, and maintain elite service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve innovative cocktails, and classic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Deliver engaging, attentive, and personalized service to guests at the bar.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the beverage menu, including spirits, flavor profiles, and food pairing recommendations.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully compliant with local health and safety regulations.
• Manage bar inventory, track wastage, and assist with ordering supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Bartender in a high-volume, luxury restaurant or cocktail lounge
• Deep, comprehensive knowledge of alcohol, including mixology techniques, premium spirits, and wines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English; Arabic Speakers are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
