About the Role

General Hotels Corporation is seeking an outgoing, dependable, and guest-focused Bartender to join out Food and Beverage team. We’re looking for someone who can create a welcoming atmosphere, provide exceptional service, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As a Bartender, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences by delivering friendly service, preparing quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, works well under pressure, and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
• Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages
• Answer guest questions and provide menu or drink recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Prepare garnishes, supplies, and bar setup before service
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Verify legal drinking age by checking identification
• Collaborate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

What You’ll Bring

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
• Valid alcohol serving permit/license as required by state law
