Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using various POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to promote sales and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or fine dining environments.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs for replenishment promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Experience in brewing or beverage preparation is a plus; knowledge of the food industry enhances your versatility.
