Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife settings like nightclubs or banquet events.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies, tracking beverage levels, and communicating needs to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable; catering or retail math experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is advantageous but not required.
