Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Specialty Coffee Barista to join our campus café team. In this role,you will prepare high-quality specialty coffee, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations during busy school hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee, espresso beverages, and tea.
• Operate and maintain commercial coffee grinders and espresso machines.
• Create microfoam and latte art while following correct temperature and milk-steaming standards.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workspace at all times.
• Provide warm, fast, and friendly customer service to students, teachers, and school staff.
• Assist with managing snack displays, counter service, and order processing during peak break times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and smooth café operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista in a café or specialty coffee environment.
• Solid knowledge of coffee origins, extraction techniques, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and handle busy rushes in a high-energy environment.
• Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and reliability.
