Job Title: Barista Trainer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive coffee knowledge and experience, with the ability to train and mentor barista staff, ensuring consistency in beverage quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing baristas on coffee preparation, brewing methods, and latte art
• Develop and update training materials and programs
• Monitor barista performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure team adheres to quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Share industry knowledge and trends to enhance team skills
• Support the management team in implementing coffee quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven 3 years experience as a Barista Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and espresso machines
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Attention to detail and high standards of quality
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends
