Barista – Steak Restaurant | Al Ain, UAE

We are a well-established steak restaurant in Al Ain looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our hospitality team. This position is suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic restaurant environment and is committed to delivering excellent beverages and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages according to restaurant standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas
• Ensure consistency in beverage taste, quality, and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support colleagues with additional tasks during busy service periods
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role is preferred
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to support the team beyond regular barista responsibilities
• Must currently be residing in Al Ain to be considered
• Candidates aged 21–30 are encouraged to apply

Pay: AED1,786.41 – AED37,445.89 per month
