Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages, including V60, latte, cappuccino, flat white, Americano, and other coffee beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Prepare basic food items such as sandwiches, snacks, and simple café food.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and food preparation area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Barista experience.
• Good experience in specialty coffee preparation.
• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art.
• Basic food/sandwich preparation experience.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah.
