• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cash register operations and basic math calculations for transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and dining spaces
• Assist with food handling, serving food items, and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed
• Support sales efforts by upselling menu items and promoting new products or specials to enhance customer experience
