Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Barista with a passion for coffee and customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, exceptional barista skills, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, including snacks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
• Engage with customers and provide an oustanding service
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment
• Assist in the creation of new beverage recipes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of barista experience
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Six day working week with a mid-week day off
