Bar Supervisor

Job Description

  • Supervises day-to-day operations of the bar to ensure smooth and professional service.
  • Leads and motivates the bartender team to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Ensures timely and accurate preparation of beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Manages weekly inventory of alcohol and bar supplies, and handles requisitions as needed.
  • Reports any discrepancies or issues in stock to the Bar Manager.
  • Assists in the development of creative drink menus and seasonal themes with the Bar Manager.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and compliant bar area at all times.
  • Works in close collaboration with kitchen, stewarding, and cashier teams to support seamless service.

Qualifications

  • Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • At least 01 year previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a bar or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
