The targeted compensation wage for this full time/part time/on call year round, non-exempt position is $12.14/hr plus tips.

Job Description

The Bar Prep is responsible for supporting the bar team by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked and ready for service. This role is essential to efficient operations, consistent quality, and seamless guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare bar ingredients including juices, syrups, garnishes, infusions, and batched cocktails according to established recipes and standards
Set up and break down the bar prep area before and after service
Stock bar stations with glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits, mixers, and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, storage spaces, refrigerators, and freezers
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
Label, date, and rotate products
Assist bartenders during service as needed
Monitor par levels and communicate low inventory to bar management
Properly handle and dispose of waste, recycling, and compost

Qualifications
Prior experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
Ability to communicate in English.
