Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Baking Chef Trainer to join our training institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical baking training to students, ensuring they develop industry-standard skills in bakery production, food safety, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional baking and pastry training sessions for students.
- Teach a variety of baking techniques, including bread, cakes, pastries, desserts, and artisan bakery products.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations.
- Assess student performance through practical and theoretical evaluations.
- Ensure all training follows food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and maintain bakery equipment and training facilities.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
- Stay updated with current baking trends, techniques, and industry standards.
- Assist in organizing workshops, competitions, and culinary events.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certification in Bakery, Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in baking and pastry production.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations, ingredients, and production techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train students from diverse backgrounds.
- HACCP or Food Safety Certification is an advantage.
