Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including baking, cooking, and assembling various menu items
• Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
• Package food products efficiently while maintaining presentation quality
• Support food handling procedures in accordance with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
• Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts preferred
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to food safety and handling
• Strong kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
• Familiarity with knife skills, food packaging, and general food production processes
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus
