Caramel Crisp is looking for the perfect person to join our team! The ideal candidate would have a culinary degree or 2 years restaurant experience with an aptitude for baking, commercial baking experience preferred. In addition to assisting the baker, salad prep for the cafe would be required too.

Please note, we make a LOT of cookies from scratch, you need to be able to scoop the dough…Please do not apply if you do not have the ability to scoop up to 1000 cookies a shift. This is a commercial kitchen, it is not like baking at home…

The position would oversee orders and work with the other bakers and management team and learn all things back of the house plus assist with production in popcorn world. If you are a chef and looking to get out of the nightlife workforce, this is a great opportunity for you! Although our menu is primarily salads and sandwiches, we would welcome some creative input into specialty items! This position would be responsible for ordering, and doing truck plus other tasks as needed.There is a weekend rotation required. This position could be as few as 24 hours a week or as many as 32, more during the holiday season.
