Baker
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake croissants, danishes, puff pastry, and brioche
- Scale and mix doughs accurately
- Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking
- Maintain cleanliness and consistency in all products
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years experience in baking or viennoiserie
- Strong understanding of laminated dough and fermentation
Requirements
- Professional experience in pastry or baking (level varies by role)
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
