Full job description

Fini Pizza and Cafe is looking to hire 2 full time bakers. This is a multifaceted position, working to bake items for the cafe daily while following the dough production schedule for both the cafe and pizzeria. Morning availability is a requirement. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a 4-day full time work schedule. Must be able to work 3 to 4 consecutive 10 hour shifts.

Previous baking or dough making experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train responsible candidates that show up on time everyday with a great attitude and ethic.

• Mixing, shaping, proofing and baking assortment of items including but not limited to: croissants, muffins, cookies, bagels, focaccia, pizza dough, specialty italian sandwich breads.
• Following recipes with meticulous attention to detail; working with a sense of urgency to follow a production schedule.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Weekend availability may be required.

• Hourly position based on experience ranging from $16-20/hr.
