Position Overview:

The Bag Room Attendant is a Seasonal position that is responsible for attending to the bag room, maintaining a great golf cart presentation, bag room storage room and managing the Castle Pines Golf Club appearance standard on the practice tee and short game areas. This position will assist with all club events and will work closely with the Outside Operations Manager, Professional Staff and the Valet and Transportation Team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Help to oversee all areas of the golf operation to ensure expectations and standards are being met.

Bag Room

• Work hand in hand to assist other bag room staff to create a highly service-oriented bag room operation.
• Be anticipatory to all Member and guest requests.
• Manage the staging of all golf bags and golf carts.
• Maintain the organization of the cart staging area.
• Work hand in hand with the Valet and Transportation team on group arrivals and departures ensuring Members and Guests have all of their belongings. Making sure to have items neatly organized and recorded accurately while Members and Guests are on property.
• Ensuring that all items associated with members and Guests are labeled and tagged correctly before leaving the valet loop.

Practice Tee

• Monitor the practice tee daily and provide support as needed.
• Assist when needed on the practice tee to organize the following:

• Hitting Stations
• Cleanliness of all Member and guest golf clubs
• Golf balls are adequately stocked and presentable
• Range balls are picked up and cleaned
• Short game areas are cleaned and presentable
• Broken tees are collected
• Trash is emptied
• Preparing and staging golf carts for golf events
• Communicate and provide any services needed for the Director of Instruction
