Job Summary

Smart Motor Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, manage vehicle repair progress, and ensure all jobs are updated accurately in the company’s vehicle management system. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience in the UAE automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the automotive workshop.
• Monitor and coordinate vehicle repairs from reception to delivery.
• Ensure all vehicle job cards and repair updates are entered accurately into the workshop management system.
• Track repair progress and provide timely updates to management and customers.
• Assign work to technicians and monitor productivity and quality of work.
• Ensure jobs are completed within the promised delivery time.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of required spare parts.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve workshop-related issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly workshop performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of UAE experience in an automotive workshop supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and workshop operations.
• Experience using workshop management or vehicle tracking systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and workshop management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
