We are looking for an experienced Automotive Spare Parts Purchaser to join our automotive workshop in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience sourcing and purchasing both used and new vehicle spare parts, particularly used parts for accident-repair vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase used and new automotive spare parts for different vehicle makes and models.
• Visit spare parts markets, suppliers, and used-parts shops to obtain the best prices.
• Identify the correct parts according to vehicle model, year, specifications, and chassis number.
• Compare supplier prices and negotiate for competitive rates.
• Inspect parts for condition, compatibility, and quality before purchasing.
• Coordinate with mechanics, estimators, and the workshop team to meet repair requirements.
• Arrange collection and delivery of purchased parts on time.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and keep proper records of purchases.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Spare Parts Purchaser is mandatory.
• Proven experience purchasing used vehicle spare parts is essential.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts, vehicle models, and accident-repair requirements.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to visit suppliers and spare parts markets independently.
• Good negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Must be reliable, active, and able to work in a fast-paced garage environment.
