We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Auto Spare Parts Advisor to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in automotive spare parts, excellent customer service skills, and currently reside in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts for their vehicles.
- Provide professional advice regarding parts specifications, availability, and alternatives.
- Handle customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in inventory management.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and necessary documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to fulfill internal parts requests promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive service

- Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Spare Parts Advisor in the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts (OEM and aftermarket).
- Excellent communication skills in English .
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Familiar with parts catalog systems and inventory management software.
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
