Job Description:
Falcon Group of Companies is looking for a Attendance Coordinator/Timekeeper with strong experience in attendance management and Advanced Excel. The candidate should be capable of handling biometric attendance records for 500+ employees efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance and timesheets of employees
- Handle biometric attendance system for 500+ employees
- Prepare manpower and attendance reports in Excel
- Manage overtime, leave, and shift records
- Update and maintain employee attendance database
- Coordinate with HR and site supervisors for attendance issues
- Use Advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and data management functions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Attendance Coordinator/Timekeeper
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Experience in handling large workforce attendance records
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accurate records
