Your responsibilities as an Assistant Yard Supervisor are:
- Support and coordinate day-to-day yard activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Assist in planning lifting operations, logistics activities, crane operations, and equipment movements within the yard.
- Contribute to workshop coordination, repair activities, and maintenance-related tasks to support operational readiness.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, operators, and workshop teams to support smooth execution of activities.
Your qualities
You can make your mark as an Assistant Yard Supervisor if you have:
- A strong safety mindset and experience with lifting operations; workshop experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics, crane operations, planning of activities and procedures, and equipment-related operations.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with MS Office; knowledge of finance, maintenance, or other operational systems is an advantage.
- A flexible, hands-on, and team-oriented approach.
- Preferably a valid UAE light vehicle driving license.
