We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper to support the day-to-day management of inventory and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing medicines, consumables, and other inventory items.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Prepare goods issue/receipt documentation and maintain proper filing.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store while following inventory control procedures.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Storekeeper, Store Assistant, or in a similar inventory role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
