We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team for our OPEN CONCEPT COUNTER SPACE STORE . In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in managing store staff, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Duties

• Assist in managing daily store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee cash register operations, including transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Support recruiting efforts by participating in the hiring process and training new employees.
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively for sales transactions and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotional strategies to boost retail sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store layout.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or store management is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in shift management and team supervision.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
