Travellink Relocation Tourism and Guidance is seeking a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily business operations and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting management in overseeing sales, operations, team performance, customer service, and administrative functions while ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments. This role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily business operations.
- Supervise and support the sales and operations team.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and team development.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of company policies and operational procedures.
· Ability to independently handle employee queries, resolve operational issues, and provide effective solutions with minimal supervision.
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently while consistently delivering the desired results and meeting organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage a team.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, immigration, or relocation industry will be an added advantage.
