K9 NOVA HOLDINGS is a multi-unit franchisee of Dogtopia daycares in Northern Virginia. We are recruiting for Assistant Managers (AM) to lead our continued growth at our Dogtopia of Fairfax City daycare location.

WHAT IS DOGTOPIA
With over 260 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Dogtopia (www.dogtopia.com) is the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services. We have an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to contribute to our daycare’s management team as Assistant Manager (AM). As the AM, you are responsible for accomplishing your own tasks and responsibilities while holding your Team accountability to it’s own daily operational excellence. The AM interfaces with all customers and employees to ensure the customer experience sets the highest standards of sales, operations, and customer satisfaction in the industry. You are truly the face of the business and will work a predictable, day-time schedule of either an AM or PM shift. COMPENSATION
– $17 – $19 per hour
– Additional sales commissions, customer tips, bonus and referral opportunities

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR DOGTOPIA
The Assistant Manager owns the 5 Core Competencies of every daycare:

• Facility, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Staffing

– Four walls, a roof, and a floor – you own it and keep it up
– Maintain a safe, clean, and state-of-the-art dog daycare
– Daily oversight and fulfillment of maintenance needs and building upkeep
