JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor in day-to-day housekeeping concerns
  • Supervise the implementation of all housekeeping related standards and procedures
  • Conduct departmental training and perform administrative work
  • Monitor and supervise Room Attendants’ work
  • Responsible for room allocations, room inspection and prioritize arrival rooms
  • Handle hotel guest telephone request
  • Check VIP rooms where special treatment should be given
  • Offer the personalize service to the VIP guests

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in supervisory level in luxury hotel housekeeping
  • With service spirit and willing to go for the extra mile
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Presentable, outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with usual hotel systems and software
  • Good command in written and spoken English
