Housekeeping Assistant Manager

About the Role

As our Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you’ll support and lead a hardworking, diverse team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas. You’ll step into the Manager’s role when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and a five-star guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily housekeeping operations.
  • Assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments to address room and property deficiencies.
  • Conduct room and public area inspections and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
  • Support team members by stepping into Room or House Attendant roles when needed.
  • Uphold lost-and-found procedures and safety protocols.
  • Lead morning meetings and end-of-day reporting.
  • Promote team morale and guest satisfaction through active leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous leadership experience in a Housekeeping environment.
  • Service-focused leader who leads by example.
  • Detail-oriented and calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
