Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of the RV park, including leasing, reservations, and guest services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained grounds and amenities.
  • Handle leasing agreements.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing of tenant records, contracts, and legal documentation using property management software such as camp spot or Rent Manager
  • Resolve conflicts between guests or tenants promptly through effective conflict management and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with vendors or maintenance staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone etiquette and in-person interactions to build strong relationships with guests and tenants.
  • Upsell additional services such as premium sites or amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue streams

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience in RV resorts, property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on leasing or facilities management.
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Camp spot, Rent Manager, or similar platforms; familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in sales or upselling services to enhance revenue opportunities within a hospitality or property setting.
  • Ability to handle legal documentation related to contracts, leases, and legal administrative processes efficiently.
  • Office experience including data entry, filing systems, and general administrative support tasks.
  • Facilities management knowledge including basic maintenance oversight and vendor coordination.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
