Full job description
We are looking for a Commis Baker / Chocolatier to support the pastry team in preparing baked goods and chocolate items while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing breads, pastries, and basic chocolate products
- Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs
- Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean work area
- Support daily production and service requirements
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge or training in baking or chocolate making
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
Work Location: In person
