We are looking for a professional Arabic and English speaking Telephone Moderator to manage inbound and outbound calls for our wedding and events company. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the events team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally in Arabic and English
  • Respond to client inquiries about wedding and event services
  • Provide accurate information on packages, availability, and pricing
  • Schedule appointments, consultations, and site visits
  • Record client details and follow up on inquiries
  • Coordinate call information with event planners and management
  • Maintain a polite, calm, and professional phone manner
  • Handle client concerns or complaints efficiently and respectfully

Requirements & Skills

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken)
  • Clear, confident, and friendly telephone communication skills
  • Strong listening and customer service abilities
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp, email, booking systems)
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or events industry
  • Knowledge of wedding and event services is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
