Marcella’s offers a competitive weekly salary plus commissions. Retail sales experience required and sales experience in the appliance industry preferred. Product training is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and sell appliances to customers.
• Consult customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations and direction.
• Complete Appliance training/education opportunities.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Experience in appliance sales.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Clean, neat, and professional appearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
