Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
• Convert leads into leases and follow up with prospects
• Process rental applications and lease paperwork accurately
• Maintain strong resident relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with marketing efforts including online listings and outreach
• Work closely with the property manager to achieve occupancy and leasing goals
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment
