We are looking for energetic Aftersales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aftersales operations including service, maintenance, spare parts, warranty, and customer service. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, maximizes customer satisfaction, improves retention, and drives profitability of the aftersales division while maintaining compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service center, spare parts, and warranty operations.
- Develop and implement aftersales strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate the aftersales team.
- Monitor KPIs and achieve revenue & profit targets.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business.
- 3–5 years’ experience in automotive aftersales management.
- Strong knowledge of service operations & spare parts.
- Proven leadership and customer service skills.
- Experience in managing budgets.
