English Language Private School (ELPS), a well-established British curriculum school in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and professional UAE National to join its administrative team.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the school and work collaboratively with staff, parents, students, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain records and documentation.
  • Respond to enquiries from parents and visitors.
  • Assist with school events and activities.
  • Support the efficient running of school operations.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the School Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Family Book holder).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
