Full job description
English Language Private School (ELPS), a well-established British curriculum school in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and professional UAE National to join its administrative team.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the school and work collaboratively with staff, parents, students, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Respond to enquiries from parents and visitors.
- Assist with school events and activities.
- Support the efficient running of school operations.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the School Leadership Team.
Requirements
- UAE National (Family Book holder).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
