Job Title: Administrative Officer/Planner

Location: Sharjah Employment Type: Fulltime Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Officer/Planner to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

· Perform general administrative duties

· Plan and manage schedules for cleaners and drivers

· Receive and coordinate client bookings

· Handle and monitor company petty cash

· Reconcile petty cash and ensure accuracy of financial records

· Manage daily sales collection and record transactions

· Oversee monthly sales collection and reporting

· Conduct bank reconciliations

· Support daily office operations and administrative needs

Requirements:

· Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Basic knowledge of accounting, including petty cash handling, reconciliation, and sales recording

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Available to start immediately
