Job Title: Admin Secretary (Construction or Consultant Industry Experience Required)
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Secretary to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience as an Admin Secretary in Dubai.
- Previous experience working with a consultancy or contracting company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry documentation and administrative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle correspondence, filing, document control, and meeting coordination.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain project and company documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Support management and project teams with administrative requirements.
