Job Title: Admin Secretary (Construction or Consultant Industry Experience Required)

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Secretary to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience as an Admin Secretary in Dubai.
  • Previous experience working with a consultancy or contracting company is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry documentation and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle correspondence, filing, document control, and meeting coordination.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and secretarial tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain project and company documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Support management and project teams with administrative requirements.
