Horizon Hills Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Listings on CRM and portals, Offplan and ready
  • Optimize exposure by monitoring portal scores
  • Prepare and organize listing and contract paperwork
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, escrow, and title
  • Maintain CRM, files, and deadlines
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support

Requirements:

  • Previous real estate admin experience (must-have)
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
  • Professional communication skills
