Job Opportunity | Admin & Operations Coordinator
Swift Dental Laboratory is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team and support our daily administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and delivery personnel.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and other administrative documents.
- Process and monitor incoming and outgoing dental cases/orders.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding order status and deliveries.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor employee attendance, biometric records, leave schedules, and timesheets.
- Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, office coordination, operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
