Full job description

Company is looking for a proactive and organized Admin/ HR to manage daily administrative operations and support HR functions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee records, attendance, and office administration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Manage office administration and daily operations
  • * Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • * Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • * Prepare letters, reports, and administrative documents
  • * Coordinate with employees, suppliers, and management
  • * Ensure proper filing and record management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • * 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration (UAE experience preferred)
  • * Good knowledge of recruitment and office administration
  • * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • * Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality
  • * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • * Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage
  • * Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference

Salary & Benefits

  • * AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (based on experience)
