We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s human resources functions while ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the office.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Administer attendance, leave management, and employee files.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by compiling attendance and leave data.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, probation reviews, and exit formalities.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration and daily operational requirements.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required.
  • Maintain office filing systems and administrative records.
  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an HR and Administration role.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS or ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
