We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s human resources functions while ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the office.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer attendance, leave management, and employee files.
- Assist with payroll preparation by compiling attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, probation reviews, and exit formalities.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Administration
- Oversee office administration and daily operational requirements.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required.
- Maintain office filing systems and administrative records.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an HR and Administration role.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS or ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
