About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Guest Relations Executive to join our Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth guest experiences, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and property records.
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications.
  • Manage online listings and booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
  • Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and guest-ready.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • DTCM registrations , Permit requests etc.
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and updating internal databases.
  • Support management in compliance and registration processes with authorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, property management, or holiday homes.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Immediate joiner preferred
