About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Guest Relations Executive to join our Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth guest experiences, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and property records.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications.
- Manage online listings and booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and guest-ready.
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
- DTCM registrations , Permit requests etc.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and updating internal databases.
- Support management in compliance and registration processes with authorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, property management, or holiday homes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiner preferred
