Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes when required.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee records and attendance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.

Accounting Duties

  • Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Assist with VAT documentation and filing requirements.
  • Support external auditors by providing requested financial information.
  • Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
